We carry out a wide variety of refurbishment projects. One of our current projects is domestic heating replacements as part of the decent homes programme for Sandwell MBC. This programme involves performing heating upgrades and replacements in approximately 250 homes per annum.
We are also currently working for Lovell on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment project for Nuneaton & Bedworth council. The works here include the stripping out of existing kitchens and bathrooms installing new kitchens and replacing the current bathroom with a level access wet room. Whilst doing these works we are also replacing the soil stacks within the building.
A further live project we have is the replacement of live soil stacks in a 12 storey tower block in Birmingham for Birmingham City Council.
